1. The service
Investor Valley provides a real-estate lead-generation and qualification platform, a property-manager (PM) dashboard, and an AI-managed advertising service. By using the service you agree to these terms.
2. Property-manager accounts
PMs are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for complying with applicable real-estate and advertising laws (including RERA). Access is provided to the PM who owns a listing for the leads it generates.
3. AI-managed advertising
If you connect a Meta or Google advertising account, you authorise Investor Valley to create, manage and optimise advertising campaigns on your behalf, within the budget and settings you approve. Advertising spend is billed directly to your own ad account by Meta/Google — Investor Valley does not control your billing. We apply automated safeguards (budget caps, auto-pause on poor performance) but you remain responsible for your ad account and its spend. You may disconnect your ad account at any time.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, to provide accurate information, and not to run advertising that violates Meta, Google or applicable laws. We may suspend access for violations.
5. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, conversions or advertising results. To the extent permitted by law, Investor Valley is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including advertising spend outcomes.
