Privacy Policy

Investor Valley (“Investor Valley”, “we”, “us”) operates the website investorvalley.in and the property-manager (PM) dashboard, and provides lead-generation, lead-qualification and AI-managed advertising services for real-estate. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your choices. It applies to property buyers/leads, property managers, and visitors.

1. Information we collect

• Lead & enquiry data: name, phone number, email, budget, preferred location and the messages you send us through web forms, Meta/Google lead ads, WhatsApp or phone calls.
• Communication data: WhatsApp messages, call recordings/transcripts and emails exchanged for the purpose of responding to and qualifying your enquiry.
• Property-manager account data: name, company, phone, RERA id, language and notification preferences.
• Advertising-account access (PMs only, with consent): when a property manager connects their Meta (Facebook/Instagram) or Google Ads account, we access an authorisation token and ad-account/campaign data solely to create, manage, optimise and report on their advertising campaigns. We do not access personal social-media content.
• Usage & device data: standard log data, cookies and analytics needed to operate and secure the service.

2. How we use your data

• To respond to your enquiry and connect you with the relevant property/property manager.
• To qualify leads through automated and human-assisted calls, WhatsApp messages and email follow-ups.
• For PMs who connect an ad account: to create, manage and automatically optimise advertising campaigns, and to report campaign performance (spend, leads, qualification and bookings).
• To provide reporting and analytics to the property manager who owns the listing and to our administrators.
• To operate, secure, debug and improve the service, and to comply with law.

3. How we share your data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only:

• with the property manager who owns the listing your enquiry relates to, so they can serve you;
• with service providers that power the service strictly on our instructions — Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business, Lead Ads, Marketing API), Google (Ads, Lead Forms), our voice-calling provider, and email providers (Brevo, Resend);
• where required by law or to protect rights and safety.

4. Advertising-account permissions (property managers)

If you connect a Meta or Google advertising account, you authorise Investor Valley to act on your behalf to run advertising for your listings. We request the minimum permissions needed (campaign management and lead retrieval). Access tokens are stored encrypted, used only to manage your campaigns, never shared, and you can disconnect your account at any time from your dashboard, which revokes our access. Advertising spend is billed to your own ad account by Meta/Google.

5. Data retention & security

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it. We use encryption in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive credentials, access controls and audit logging.

6. Your rights & data deletion

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent at any time. To request deletion, email privacy@investorvalley.in or follow the instructions at investorvalley.in/data-deletion. If you connected via Facebook and remove our app, Facebook notifies us and we delete the associated data.
